I have searched for years for the best BBQ sauce. I have tried cheap sauces and expensive sauces. I have tried many recipes to try to make my own. I am pleased to announce the I have found the best available sauce. It is…drum roll please…Sweet Baby Ray’s sauces. This is also the sauce that Tammi Jo’s Cafe uses (and they know food!). They have a variety of flavors and all are good, but so far my favorite is the Raspberry-Chipotle. The raspberry gives the sauce a real nice sweet fruitiness without being overbearing. Likewise the chipotle adds a bit of heat also without being overwhelming.

Fats you have got to try some ” Blues Hog ” bbq sauce…a lot of the comp. teams use this sauce as their base and some right out of the jar. This sauce will stick to the meat an not just roll off and lay on the plate.
