Anthony Guttierez, accused of sexual harassment returned his vehicle. Guttierez was using the vehicle known as the Sunshine Express, a tricked out SUV used to emphasize AG Marc Dann’s transparency in government.

The Lebanon Western Star is reporting that there was unexplained damage to the vehicle that will not be investigated. Click here for the complete story.
