Work on the MRDD sensory trail behing Forest Rose School is now underway.  Currently the trails have been dug out and a gravel base is being spread.  Next Wednesday forms will be put down before concrete is poured.

Donna and Roger, volunteers from Lowe’s take measurements for framing that will begin soon.

Jan S. at MRDD won the Crabby Hour 50/50 drawing and the good egg that she is donated her winnings right back to the sensory trail project.  Thanks Jan.

Lowe’s has adopted the sensory trail as one of it’s Lowe’s Heroes projects.  The latest count of employees that have signed up to work on the trail is about 50!!  The Lancaster Lowe’s store has also agreed to donate $1,200/year for three years to the project.
